No, Qcom version of 3G CDMA2000 is going along as planned. Its European WCDMA that is a knockoff of CDMA2000 that is delayed. 1xrt which is available in ASIA and will be here within 6 months is the inbeteween to 3G and is considered 2.5G. It will have 128K eventially, but 64 initially. The reason for Q's roller coaster ride was simply because people confused WCDMA with CDMA2000. CNBC is probably to blame. THough early adoption in Europe is important to Qcom, they now have the chance to crack this market into buying CDMA2000 now.
