hi esteban glad you were able to clean the systray using the steps provided in the win2000mag.com tip #reply-15395181 you are running win2000, correct? and did you correct the prob using the registry edit or the system.ini files? also, in case you were not aware of 'services' in win2000, here is a very informative tweak guide 3dspotlight.com fwiw, i made most of the recommended changes and feel it enhanced performance. good luck :) mark
