At 63 cents US, market cap is about 24 million, but they have US10 million cash. There is also the real estate: Nevada and located within short distance of several major Carlin Trend mines. It will be very low cost, and could well be feeder to existing setups, thus greatly reducing the capex. In normal times the Hunter-Dickinson connection would be worth a little too. The difficulty with the play is that it is a drilling intensive, third and a half yards and a cloud of dust process going after high grade, narrow veins. It's not instant fulfillment, but at the end of the day (next year) I see a two or three million ounce (maybe more) sub-120 situation that couldn't be located in a better spot anywhere in the world. $150 million for it is not out of the question.
