I heard Mr. Rubin speak on tv. He agrees with many other people that tax cuts wouldn't do that much in the short term. Consumers lack confidence in the economy. And every day a hysterical press throws stories in our faces about the Clinton pardons. I'm so fed up with it all that I quit watching those portions of the evening news segment that dealt with the pardon issue.
