<A rate cut this week is highly likely and will send a resounding message to the market to start rallying again> A rally perhaps, but for how long.....my guess is long enough for additional shares to be distributed from the houses....AS, we are in a bear market, and what we are seeing are bear rallies....at this point AG's interest rates cuts are targeting consumer confidence, which lack thereof, can be more dangerous than capital erosion.....his rates tweaking will not help the situation we are in, only prolong what must be washed out naturally.....
