SIR has 5.4 out and 40% and ERB 8.5 out and 60%. SIR costs .35cdn and ERB costs .95cdn. Both have some escrowed shares and options but I do not know how much so I am giving the baseline #'s. The reason I chose SIR is that when I visited their offices I asked 5 people who stopped in which they owned and they all owned SIR. The insiders seem to own a predominance of SIR while the promo is almost all on ERB. I think it is always wise to vote with the insiders since they are going to take care of themselves first and that means they end up taking care of you in addition. You can ask Val at 604 6695009 or Ross and get a second opinion. It will not matter alot if they hit as ERB was something like 6-8 dollars a share a few years back when Texaco was the partner and the program was about to begin. Texaco backed out for internal reasons and the stocks have drifted into the pennies. SIR if it had existed then would probably have been 4-5 dollars a share.
