Kennecott who had no reason to lie, took the original diaterme fissure samples in Wawa.. Therefore they are not suspicious. Band Ore is very careful about its work and it has been verified in the past on other plays. Their geologists do not give me the impression that they are deceiving the public.
Although their was no absolute proof that the Winspear dyke was salted the reputations and involvement of the board of Winspear, such as Muzylowski I had known personally in a an affair where their associates had personally staked claims that I had recommended to my partners in Newfoundland. Apparently, also these recommendations reached tMuzylowski, indirectly as he made a deal on them with my partner Deveaux ). I had recommended them to Deveaux, a long time associate of Muzylowski, 6 months before Muzylowski acquired tthem, to go into a pool of claims. I had received no compensation for their acquisition of these claims which, regardless of their origin should have been mine in this pool or deal. Muzylowski, when he heard that I was displeased, (I stated it publicly on SI ) threatened to sue and even phoned the police on me saying that I had threatened him. This is not the action of an innocent man. I had heard from others in Vancouver that Muzylowski was not so salutory and very vindictive and I was getting the proof. I have personal reasons to doubt his honesty or the desirability of dealing with him.
I suspected something strongly about the allegations of the 3 carat grades and the fuzziness about the bulk sample locations. It was not extremely professional or knowlegeable to make those grade projections. Initially my story about the RCMP on SI was humourous and could not have been construed to have been a serious posting as I am often sarcastic and humorous on SI as the record shows. But gullible and vindictive people did take it that way, i.e. deadly serious and ranted and raved that I was killing their promotion, whose price continued to go up anyway,. The story grew more prominent with many refusing to read the origiinal but just taking the mud slingiing as gospel. In fact though I had issued a warning with humour that the thing was maybe not so good as believed. In fact I was right. No grade exceeded one carat on average and it is extremely unlikely then that the two bulk samples could have been three carat grade as was averred..
No company personnel would defend the actual samples that had been taken by an ARMS-LENGTH-LABORATORY that had been set up by the company!
It was highly apparent that the samples were the same origin as glacial float boulders that had been taken 2 years previously that I HAD BEEN ON RECORD AS SAYING WERE FROM THE KNOWN DYKE THAT THE COMPANY WOULD NOT THEN EXPLORE.
THESE BOULDERS AVERAGED 1 CARAT GRADE ON SMALL SAMPLES. I HAD BEEN THE FIRST ONE TO SAY PUBLICLY THAT THE DYKE WAS DIAMONDIFEROUS BEFORE IT WAS EVEN TESTED AND BERATED THE COMPANY FOR EXPLORING THE EAST SIDE OF SNAP LAKE. as a WASTE OF TIME. IN FACT I KNEW IN 1995 THAT SNAP LAKE WAS PROBABLY DIAMONDIFEROUS FROM A REPORT GIVEN TO ME BY RON JOLY WHO WORKED FOR LOU COVELLO ON THE PROJECT. AND THAT WAS ONE YEAR BEFORE THAT!. I even had reports by Currie that indicated that kimberlites of good chemistry could come from that area and that was dated 1954.
It is important to know the whole story before you LOL. It's a laugh alright but its the scumbags with a bit of probably stolen cash who get the brass ring, not the people who know what they are doing.
It struck me that the vindivtive M above mentioned was behind this campaign against me. In fact he had fueled another campagin against me in Timmins on yet another earlier deal. Some people there will not speak to me even now and I did not say a whimper back despite knowing the source., and I have no idea what was said to them. All in all good people to stay away from. I don't have big money to buy opinion and I don't salt claims or misconstrue their results. I also do not defame people or worse, behind their backs. If I have something to say I will say it out loud to their faces and its the truth. It has to be hasn't it?
I don't have the money to take sleazy people like Deveaux or Muzylowski to court so my only recourse is to expose their heinous behaviour to the public. In my opinion such people are no better than common thieves.,
Some people might feel sorry for these scum that I defame them. Don't. I tell the truth and it is first hand.. Many others have found out the same to their sorrow. Why don't you ask them instead?
