Dave this is the battle that the conservatives must wage. They have to dismiss this notion that everything the liberals have created is the "way the truth and the light". Right now the Republicans are in power and they have to bring in new ideas but at the same time they have to dismiss this notion that being against a liberal program equates to being against the intended beneficiaries of the program. Its our turn to try and improve the down trodden. And we will do it our way. Perhaps the liberals are afraid we will succeed.
