I'd enjoy seeing comments about Art's assertion that SanDisk is failing to comply with the Securities Act of 1934.

I dont know weather it violates Reg FD...but Sandisk was one of a handful of companies who didnt post their presentation at the Goldman Sach's conference.

The ID is conference/conf2 and the password is tech2001.

Also, I believe that they made their CC available for replay for the first time ever in January....but they only kept it up for ONE day. I was on vacation and missed the replay.

I have never understood the need for such secrecy from IR....the lack of information from Sandisk (especially when compared to other companies since the implementation of Reg FD) makes me wonder weather it is worth keeping as an investment.
