Nathaniel: Unfortunately, this type of crime does pay. I have personal knowledge of several cases where the SEC received incontrovertible evidence of illegal, fraudulent activities and no action was taken. Seems society does not find these types of crimes sufficiently reprehensible to spend the resources required to prevent it. This company is following a pattern/script of activities which is very familiar to me - rarely does anything come of it other than a trail of poorer investors and wealthier promoters. The facts is: this company has nothing that was not there before and that many other companies don't have, yet they splash their exciting developments as far and wide as their meager media budget can manage. All of this in a period of a few weeks immediately subsequent to the engagement of a new 'Investor Relations' firm. I firmly believe all this to be true. If it is shown I am wrong, now or at any time, I will eagerly acknowledge that fact. Peter
