business week says directors were smart-didn't own much xerox stock. xerox has lots of debt. lots is coming due soon. xerox hasn't sold off much of its assets-way behind schedule. xerox has lost a lot of market cap. xerox missed opportunities in inkjet printers, printers, pcs, and stuff it invented. xerox had infighting on board. xerox lost a fortune in insurance. xerox f**ked up. xerox was a great company. it doesn't mention tv ads with blue dog.
