It is a question of days, IMHO, before we reach the local lows (I still have the 28th, minor rally to 2388 and a retest on March 9th), I am only at 41% cash and probably will get to about 50% before the opening, I'll weather the rest, and have some "outrageous bids" below the market for the next few days (I still have VTSS in at $46-5/8, I missed it by an 1/8th Friday...).
