Nice Post by TK. I would love to hear any other
industry info you can share.

Nice move up on big volume today. I am know market
technician, has this stock found a base? Two monster
trades, one 400,000 shares and one 300,000 shares at
the offer if I read my intraday charts correctly. Does
somebody know something? A sale of a unit? A merger?

If I am not mistaken, the company founder still owns
about 30% of the company. If this is so, he has lost
about $100 million US since the stock was at $4 per
share late last year and about $250 million since it was
at $10 a couple of years ago. I can't believe he would
let the company go in the pot if he could help it.
A puny few million dollar golden parachute would
mean nothing to him compared to the loss he has
taken.

If I read the old posts on this board correctly,
the book value is now about $.50 (US?, CAN?) since
the company wrote off one of its shut down plants
earlier this year. I would suggest though, that
the replacement value (hence buyout value) of the
plants should be significantly more than book
value if they are anything like the production
plants I am familiar with.

I am going from memory on some of this so correct
me if I am wrong.

Any other thoughts on potential for a buyout or
merger as suggested by management a few weeks ago?
