I have been doing alot of reading on the plight of the salmon runs/populations. I have read that some of the dams are so low that they have already called state of emergencies in Wash State <I believe> in seeking federal assistance in that respect. You folks have recieved alot less rainfall/mountain snows than ever expected and if the lack of storage continues I understand the Pac NW could be in for some tough times come this summer.

Its a very difficult situation that the west coast is currently facing but I understand that the governors of the states of Wash and Oregon are very proactive in lobbying for federal assistance and I wish you well coming from a southern Californian and not too proud of our local situation.

Hoping the Copper River salmon run is strong this year. Some of the BEST salmon I have ever eaten.

Jane!
