I know about that goober rumor <g>. I have no idea about a cut or not but I'm leaning toward him NOT cutting just because everyone seems to be talking up a cut...however, I do think the nature of his talk on Wed will be extremely impt--whether he gives us guidance to expect cuts and how much--and his impression of state of the economy--he can talk the walk and move the markets without ever walking the walk!
