Nuclear proliferation ceased and nuclear weapons were dramatically reduced during the Clinton Administration. In thirty days of this Administration all three countries Russia China and Korea have threatened to resume nuclear testing, or build more missiles, or build a counter penetration missile for our doomed condom shield. So eight years of peaceful negotiation has already turned into sabre rattling and threats. Meanwhile we have bombed Iraq twice. NOW I WON'T discuss issues with you again because you are intellectually limited and cannot even attempt to project an open minded view on any subject. Thus I shall not waste any further time on your one liner meaningless mindless statements.
