Schedule for Tomorrow.. I'll be in the Pristine Intermediate Trading Room tomorrow to get ready for our guests from the Advanced Trading Room around 7:45 to 8:00. We probably won't be able to be on SI much tomorrow because of the influx but i'll try as much as possible to keep everyone updated. (the preamble to the bible) Schwager Getting Started in Technical Analysis next stage will be Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets by Murphy (easy read, excellent) Technical Analysis of Stock Trends by Edwards and Magee (more in depth excellent) Trader Vic Methods of A Wall Street Master ..(easy read) Nice explanation of trendlines. That's really all you will ever need. For those fundamentally inclined Fundamental Analysis by Richie.. optional We use Technifilter for Windows to set up Point & Figure breakouts only We use Qcharts for back up but concentrate mainly on Townshend Analytics.. (Executioner) tal charting We use Telescan intraday (Prosearch) We are beginning to play with OmniTrader, a variation on the Telescan approach for breakouts but we haven't wholly integrated it yet into our trading system. Strategies for entry/exit, stops and trailing stops are uniform and "pristine".. We'll have fun and I'll take of now and get to bed early for a change.
