Business acumen? Ha! Gimme a break. You've been sitting too long at the feet of that Micro-guru of marketing, Steven Bullmore, oops, I mean, Ballmer.
Microsoft is just lucky that DOJ doesn't enforce the antitrust laws very rigorously and that the courts are pretty lenient in applying the Rule of Reason.
Had an interesting discussion with an antitrust lawyer today. Seems the Chicago school is on the way out.
