iTV Games, Inc. launches Power Trak(TM) Technology

VANCOUVER, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ - Gregory G. Dureault, President, iTV
Games, Inc. (CDNX:TVE) is pleased to announce that game play data, generated
by iTV Games' Power Trak(TM) technology, was delivered to complete three
Instant ticket orders, fulfilled by Scientific Games International, Inc., an
Autotote company (AMEX:TTE), for "scratch-n-win" type lottery games. The
games supplied include: "Bingo Mania II" - Pennsylvania Lottery, "Crazy 8's
Bingo" - Washington State Lottery, and "Super 7 Bingo" - Loteria De Cojedes,
Venezuela. Cliff Bickell, President, Scientific Games Printed Products, said,
"Several Scientific Games International customers have expressed interest in
Bingo type games, both as an instant game, and as a hybrid Instant product,
involving a second chance 'draw-to-a-winner' utilizing the full ticket
activation and tracking features of the Power Trak(TM) System."
Mr. Dureault, President of iTV Games commented: "The unveiling of these
achievements is an important milestone for iTV Games. We are actively
participating in our alliance with Scientific Games, and gaining recognition
as a vendor to the government regulated lottery industry. It demonstrates the
reliability of our development team to deliver product on a timely basis. It
also proves acceptance of our technology by Scientific Games, and its
independent game auditors, in the area of pre-printed instant pattern
recognition games. We are pleased that iTV Games is able to contribute to
providing these games through our alliance with Scientific Games, and to have
the opportunity to begin earning revenue from the use of our proprietary
technology."
Since announcement of iTV Games' alliance with Scientific Games, the
alliance expanded with the September 6th, 2000 announcement by New York based
Autotote Corporation, of completion of its acquisition of Scientific Games,
for US$ 308 Million, or US $26.00 per share. Because of this merger, iTV Games
has been positioned to work with senior management of both Autotote and
Scientific Games. The merger created one of the largest lottery vendors, and
the only one offering a complete line of lottery products and services in the
world lottery industry, on which iTV Games is leveraging the growth of its
business.

iTV Games, Inc. develops information technology for the US$128.6 billion
world lottery industry: (Source: LaFleur's 2000 World Lottery Almanac, Eighth
Edition, cited for World Lottery Sales in Calendar Year 1999), including games
designed for distribution on conventional online or offline government lottery
distribution systems, broadband Internet, interactive television and wireless
