Actually Wolfdog, I was disucssing multiple issues, you just chose to focus on one <g>.

In the case or repricing options, the company still has to borrow money or use cash to buy the shares on the open market. Maybe this can keep the operating income sheet alive, but the balance sheet continues to deteriorate.

As it stands now, 23% of tech company's SO are unexercised options.
