If IMA is in beta by end of calender year, then they will probably be OK in SP market. IF not, I really do not think that their 2-3 year outlook will be good. They may be able to get a few more years of revenue out of Sierra, but look at Lotus 1-2-3 and Wordperfect for a good example of what happens to market leader when a new product release is badly delayed.

As far as the 15-50 dig, no problem. At least everybody knows that I would invest in Octel if I had sufficient level of confidence in their future stock performance. You are confident that OCtel will move up. If I was as confident it would move down over the short-term, I'd buy puts. It is at least good for other readers to understand our positions. I;m involved, your committed. :-)
