SEDONA's Intarsia is Recipient of 'Product of the Year 2000 Award' from Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2001--SEDONA(R) Corporation (NASDAQ:SDNA) (www.sedonacorp.com), a leading provider of Internet-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for small and mid-sized financial services companies, is pleased to announce that its flagship CRM product - Intarsia(TM) - is the recipient of a `Product of the Year 2000 Award' in the eCRM software category from Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine.
Customer Inter@ction Solutions recognized a number of companies and products in a wide array of customer solutions categories, representing the best of 2000. SEDONA's Intarsia was one of the products recognized in the eCRM software category. The recipients were announced in the February 12, 2001 issue.
The magazine stated that "technological evolution and application refinements are reflected in these companies' offerings; their labors provide us with an exciting array of products and services that just a few years ago were only available to enterprises with deep pockets. For example, the power of `enterprise wide solutions' has been extended to small- and mid-sized concerns: a market segment that until recently was generally neglected."
SEDONA's Intarsia is affordable, easy to use and quick to implement so that it meets the specific needs of smaller banks and credit unions. The system provides critical CRM capabilities such as profitability management, lead and referral tracking, and campaign management, to help SEDONA customers increase their customer acquisition, retention and overall profitability.
"The year 2000 was SEDONA's first year in the Customer Relationship Management industry," said Alyssa Dver, vice president of marketing, SEDONA. "We worked very hard, and enjoyed successes in product development and market penetration. At the heart of our dedication is the commitment to deliver value to our customers. This kind of recognition of our efforts is most gratifying." |
