Town update
I was debating what do do, as the stock price has been dropping steadily for the past months, and I've held the stock for a few years, so contacted company and asked where "the town" stood in their involvement. Is it or isn't it a major problem.
In summary: Manhattan hopes to have, up to a 10 page, summary where they are in regards the town relocation planning next week or a little later on the website. They have completed 6 demo homes, designed/decorated in part by the people of Tambo Grande, fully functional, water, sewage, power, as would be built for the "portion" of the town that would have to be moved. Next month starts the formal negotiation process, with the objective of costing the move for the final feas study due out in June or July.
Since there is so much speculation as to what is going on, sometimes it helps to just ask them, I know you do.
