Intc not cutting: 2/26/01 3:51 PM ET Intel (INTC:Nasdaq) announced that it is not changing its capital spending plans despite what the analysts are saying. Who knows if they may change that statement, but right now -- as I mentioned earlier -- it looks as though traders are looking for reasons to buy. (Long INTC)
