I am holding and am now below my average cost (which is right at $5). I have lowered my target because if management and communications are not upgraded we won't make it to the Promised Land, that is, a high PE stock with substantial earnings. My guess is they cut the terminal PE by 50% or more last week. I also am not recommending anyone buy (and I won't no matter the price) unless they do something proactive to prevent any similar disasters (in this, I am thinking like an analyst, I would feel responsible for the mistake). This is because I think OE's management runs the company as if it were privately held and thinks we shareholders are a necessary evil. Thus, the communications deficit. I would not recommend that anyone sell unless they believe that OE's management can never make a profit, no matter what. No technology can overcome an impairment like that. The reason I am holding is I project OE will make significant earnings so that even with a projected PE of 5 in a few years it is still very undervalued now, closing at 4.85 today.
