HORRENDOUS Tom, a true POS program. The entire trading room - almost 100 traders - were complaining today, people from the East Coast, the West Coast AND Canada. I am signing up with Esignal again and will never again recommend the Qcharts program to anyone. I have sent an email to the approx. 30 people who I recommended to the service last year, telling them I am leaving. I spent 7 hours trying to get this program up and running today, and had to trade using livecharts. Do not bother with the new beta version either, it's USELESS. They should have spent the money they spent on 4 color sales brochures for the Online Expo on getting their product up and running. Useless to try to sell to more subscribers if the program is garbage. I'm also thinking of going short Lycos - TRLY ;)
