IMO there may be a bounce...Look the economy has signs that the slowdown was mostly generated by the slowdown of liquidity which we warned would be bad for future earnings of growth companies...AG now has been consistently saying that the reason for the low inflation was gains in technology...Since the FED is responsible for the overtightening that we talked about last March, they will flood the market with capital...The risk is that the flood to liquidity will lower the value of the dollar against the Euro...IMO if their loosening materializes and the dollar remains strong THEN jump on the Tech names, IMO right now we are seeing some bets taken off the table buy shorts bouying the market...

The largest risk is that further loosening will lower the value of the dollar and hurt Americans buying capacity...IMO the reason that the economy was so strong so long was the value of the dollar gave Americans huge spending capability with low borrowing costs...Any large bets before the news is in s risky, that is why you see the little rally by shortcovering amidst all the downgrades...

Will test the waters with this long position... If there is a bottom (Nasdaq)then buy these issues...These were the first to fall so they will be the first to recover IMO...
Taking a nibble: VIGN BVSN EPRE ARTG

It is still too early to take a peek at the optical and chipmakers though...They will still head lower and retest their lows IMO...
