In addition to the $300k open market purchase, insiders recently exercised options, and hold the stock. Note the exercise price is significantly higher than the current $4.90. There is good reason to do this if you think the stock is going higher, and almost no good reason to do it if you think the stock is worth less than the exercise price.

I suppose insiders don't know squat, and some dude is throwing away his $300k 'cause he was asleep at the board meetings.
