John, I want the CEO's compensation tied to MY profits (i.e., stock price), not the company profits (as those are more easily manipulated), but there is a relationship between the two. There may be a good side to this blunder if it creates new management at this time, because there isn't that much of a US institutional following or US analyst coverage yet. So, it may have been well-timed in the sense that in the USA, only current retail shareholders will always remember this. No analysts or fund managers here were pumping the stock to the press. Reassigning top management is a Big if of course.
