I still think Bezos might pull a rabbit out of the hat with a debt convertible or some other weird maneuver like that, but time is running out... Alomex, This is where I can't make a prediction. It has become clear to me that I have a good fundamental understanding of a lot of firms but I have a terrible understanding of the thinking of the equity markets. I can't imagine why anyone in the equity markets would want any part of Amazon at all. The convertible would need buyers so my thoughts are it is impossible. The problem is I have been incorrect time and time again in this area. Glenn
