"Houston is famous for very weird zoning or the lack there of." The latter is true. In fact the only place I have really encountered zoning is in "SimCity". Never could get it to work right... By the above statement I mean that I have never lived any place that used zoning. No doubt that many of the cities I have visited had it. I dunno, seems like too much regulation to me, but I'm an anarchic kind of guy.
