E.piphany To Buy Moss Software, Radnet Tech E.piphany, Inc. announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Moss Software, Inc. and has also purchased the intellectual property assets of Radnet, Inc. These transactions add strategic intellectual property and engineering resources to E.piphany and complement its current product development plans. Under the terms of the definitive agreements, E.piphany will issue an aggregate of up to 1.9 million shares of common stock, subject to purchase price adjustments, in the acquisition of Moss Software and of the intellectual property assets of Radnet.
