So, even if Person B was your 7-year-old daughter, and Person A was a 40-year-old male child molester, you would be content to let your daughter die... Very interesting! How would you explain it to your daughter? When she pleads with you... "Why do I have to die! The doctor said that I could be saved if that bad man would just give me a little blood! Mommy! Daddy!
