There is a distinction to be made between
harvesting organs or forcing prisoners to participate in
medical experiments (I also do not agree with this) and my
hypothetical.

In my hypothetical, the person being forced to donate blood
is *directly* responsible for endangering the life of another.
There is also *no* other recourse for the injured party.
Finally, the forced blood donation would only *inconvenience*
(but not kill, or otherwise permanently hurt) the attacker.
