ddl,
The last i heard from the bankruptcy court on IPMCF was on Sept 7, 2000 and at time they had an offer of $ 20,000.00 to buy the last asset of IPM which was 78 million shares of common shares that had not been issued. The company that offered to buy the shares is International Capital Partners INC. a Delaware corporation. The sale was subject to a better offer being made but i have heard nothing further from the court since then, so i am assuming the sale was made and if so that should finalize the chapter 7 bankruptcy.
