Do you believe that Bill Clinton had the "honesty and integrity" to be the President? I agree with you that those are important, but can't see how you can "think he was the best president we had in my lifetime" unless you were born in 1992 and don't count presidents that have been in office less than 100 days. He has almost nothing in the honesty or integrity department if you ask me.
