These press releases announced a strong sell recommendation by Thetruthseeker on Ziasun Technologies stock, and made other statements regarding Bryant Cragun, Ziasun Technologies, and Ziasuns officers, directors and employees.
The sell recommendation announced and reiterated in the above-referenced press release was not based on objective analysis of Ziasuns stock value. The derogatory statements made regarding Bryant Cragun, Ziasun, and the officers, directors and employees of Ziasun were false or implied false facts. Pursuant to the court order, The Truthseeker and Floyd D. Schneider retract the January 1, January 3, and January 12 press releases in their entirety. |
