Comb, Actually, the Clintons are just the tip of the iceberg. Payola runs deep in government. All "perfectly legal" by lawyer standards...who happen to be running the show. Let's see...the IRS said Marc Rich owed 48 million in back taxes, 17 years ago. Anyone care to venture a guess what that amounts to today with the infamous "interest and penalties"? Not to mention trading with Iran when they were holding our hostages. Another interesting twist is Hugh Roddam...I hear he received the some of the $400k last year. Gave it back this year. As far as the IRS is concerned he can deduct it as a "return of fees". Trouble is that he has to pay income tax on what he recieved last year... The charge for "return of fees" comes this year.. Could make it very interesting for him and his accountant... Jim
