"It has to be a fact, in fact." Just so you SUNW fans don't miss this comment from Chief Justice Edwards of the US Appeals Court. This was the best exchange that I heard today on the Microsoft Appeal. dailynews.yahoo.com U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson, who made the historic ruling dividing Microsoft, found his findings of fact under intense scrutiny as well. ``There are some findings that are merely just conclusions and I find no basis for them,'' Edwards said at one point. ``So I'm not in that camp that says, because a district court lists something under findings of fact it's gospel,'' Edwards said. ``It has to be a fact, in fact.''
