don,The last 10 months have sucked bigtime. I'm not sure where you are getting 300k for ITG royalties. They did 12.72 in non internet royalties for 2000, which meant they did 2.658 for the 4Q. For nine months of 1.2 million spent on R and D, 300k was spent on ITG and 900k on Micronet.

Don, the philosophy, in my opinion, re ITG is to offer it as a portion of the suite of services, soup to nuts in terms of encoding, hosting, selling ads and tracking etc etc. I have no idea of the numbers but lets say licensing ITG would save someone like Akamai 10 cts per hour of video. So maybe they would pay Ampex 3 cts per hour royalty. OR you could build a service business leveraging your technology as part of the whole package and generate $5.00 an hour of revenues. At a certain level, profit margins on that revenue could start approaching the software industry.

Re state of the union, I was fortunate to receive some informed analysis from a conscientious researcher over the last 72 hours...

Going forward: Total costs and operating expenses going forward:

Under 10 million for iNextv
About 4.0 million for corporate and all other

Interest expense 5.6
ADS profit 2.0 million

Royalties budgeted at about 12 million, so at 2 million in internet revenues, start making money before interest.

Tv1.de not reflected in numbers but should be 2001. Did about 1 million revs 2000. AENTV did about 250k.

Obligations of 9.0 million due by end of May. ADS sale highest priority--maybe 1 times revenue.
