Actually, I would want to make much of top management compensation in the form of well out of the money stock options (as of hire date) that have limited exercise quantities each year, a bonus I would love to see the person achieve. See if you could get someone to jump on board for that. You are right about not knowing enough about the management to pinpoint the problem. I was picking on Schlunke because he is the one who usually has the big predictions in the papers. Kelly publicly endorsed a US presidential candidate which wasn't too brilliant. We aren't near enough to know any real solutions, but we are near enough to know there is a severe problem.
