Darleen, my understanding is that with this acquisition Watson will
be the largest provider of tank monitoring in terms of number of
tanks contracted. They will not be the sole entity offering that
service. I can't give you the list of competitors but no doubt the
Company (or a state petroleum retailer assn. or the like) could.

What I'd really like to know is why the stock price has gone south in
reaction to such an obviously positive development!
