Afrayem, this guy says: "TTRE has no credibility !", and "I STILL await a reply from ANYBODY."
TTRE announced in 1999 with great fanfare the introduction of its revolutionary copy protection technology "Music Guard." it also announced that it had entered into licensing agreements with Strictly Rythm Music and Warlock Records. Warlock guaranteed to release a minimum of 2 million records containing Music Guard in 2000.
Sept 1999 ??? What happened to the GUARANTEE ?

TTRE has no credibility !
I see when SUNX posts a news release and a day or 2 pass all the TTRE supporters slam the credibility of the validity of the contract.
WHAT ABOUT the almost 2 year old GUARANTEED 2 MILLION CD's TTRe's technology? I cannot find ONE SHRED of proof that the 2 million or even 2 CD's were created.
This, in my opinion, is the reason SUNX supporters question the "Failed" TTRE because there is PROOF OF A NEWS RELEASE BUT NO PROOF OF THE GUARANEED 2 MILLION CD's.
I STILL await a reply from ANYBODY.

TTR Technologies, Inc. Announces MusicGuard-TM-, Groundbreaking New CD Anti-Piracy System; Warlock Records and Strictly Rhythm Music First To Sign On
NEW YORK, Sep 24, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TTR Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: TTRE) launched MusicGuard(TM) with the announcement today that Warlock Records, Inc. and Strictly Rhythm Music signed license agreements to protect all their new releases, beginning in the year 2000. Last year, Warlock Records sold nearly 4 million albums and has guaranteed that a minimum of 2 million this year will be made with MusicGuard(TM). MusicGuard(TM), TTR's newest technology, protects CDs against illegal copying. This is the first time audio CDs will be protected against piracy.
The NEWS never touted a "TEST" is claimed there would be 2 Million CD's with Music Guard by THE END OF LAST YEAR.
The PRODUCT WAS NEVER ROLLED OUT...show me where EITHER used the product and; SHOW ME where the product was used by either in 2000, (LAST YEAR)
I love the way the YELL AND SCREAM when there is a news release about a contract and then WE NEVER HEAR ANOTHER WORD AGAIN IN ALMOST 2 YEARS !!!
Were these license deals shams because I cannot find any Warlock release, or any other release containing this technology. Maybe we should call the SEC about that press release. Maybe we should report the Presidents of these companies for conspiring to manipulate the price of TTRE's stock through fraudulent press releases. Does anyone have the address and phone numbers for these labels so all the TTRE shareholders can call them to find out what really went on. Maybe MSVN has the answers, or were they duped too. After all, we only care about protecting the innocent investors. If the technology worked, why wasn't it rolled out when the company said it would be. Sounds like a job for SEC enforcement if ever I heard one.
TTRE/Warlock Contract, how many CD's released in 2000?
I cannot find any information documenting the number of CD's they produced under agreement that were to be completed in 2000?
2Million CD were to be released in 2000 and it is 2001 now, Have you seen evidence that any of the CD's were released?
Were ANY CD's released in 2000?
Does anybody have this information? ragingbull.lycos.com; |
