There has been no correlation between insider sales and company events since Broadcom went public. (or is it only legal to sell shares when your stock is in an upward trend). Hang Henry high Fred, put him jail, call out sheister and sheister law firm, but your fear mongering is what is truly despicable. While your at it, go get Bill Gates, Craig Barrett, Larry Ellison, and the rest of the other CEO's who have sold during this trying time as well. PS. How did your little promised chat with your guy at the SEC go? Just like I thought- all hat no cattle. You're on permanent ignore.
