The interview is a marked departure from Qualcomm's "hands off" stance in the battle between 1X and the "Euro" standards. The gloves came off. IJ is on the warpath. For all those who think 1X in Europe is not realistic, I wouldn't underestimate Dr. J when he sees an opening, I think there is more behind this than just Dr. J's wishful thinking.
