"I think that there is a possibility that a {biotech} rally is going on, deep below the headline numbers."

13.2% up on ^BTK in two days. Semiconductors are down, and NASD Comp is only up 2.5% over that time frame. Biotechs are leading now, though still down a quarter from their annual high. With the tech, optics, internet, and telecom crashes, where else could the high-return-oriented investor go?
