I don't know, but there's no place better than the sector which will lead for at least the next two decades.

Small caps have been killed, to heck with a quarter off. A friend was commenting that this felt like summer 1998. I replied "yeah, but the sector was washed in liquidity in the interim".

The sector raised $31 billion in capital last year. Small caps with great projects..... that's where one should look, IMO. Millennium coughed up $900M for LeukoSite in '99. It seemed absurd at the time, but look at what happened when Levin et al. made it fit.
