I'll take you up on that. The list won't cut and paste (this is, after all, Microsoft; why should it work the way it's supposed to?) so I have to enter it piece by piece, but here it is. CSINJECT. EXE -- loads from the Norton Cleansweep directory. Hmmm -- do I really need cleansweep to be open all the time when I only load programs rarely?

run = C:\NECSSFW\WSWPD.EXE - I think this is part of my NEC Super Script printer. But none of my other computers load printer stuff in Startup.
Well, this has been interesting. Lots of stuff there I have no idea what is, and other stuff I have no real idea why I'm loading in startup. Will be fascinated to hear what you and others make of this mess. |
