It seems to me that when the DRAM manufacturer's had under-capacity and were making great profits in standard DRAM, they were willing to say FU to Intel on Rambus production. Now that the commodity business is at the other end of the spectrum, more and more production is being transferred to RDRAM, and the prices appear to be coming down. Maybe the manufacturer's will learn to love (well, like) Rambus if it provides a slightly better GM? (A simple and perhaps inaccurate observation, I don't even read the Rambus thread).

Question, do you feel more or less positive about the future for Rambus than you did six months ago?
