Hmmm -- do I really need cleansweep to be open all the time when I only load programs rarely?"--you said it, I agree RNAAPP.exe, and NMAIN.EXE and WS LOADER and TAPISRV.EXE Those are programs you are currently running. Don't worry about them. RNAAPP is your modem NMAIN is norton TAPISRV- I believe this is part of your dialup for the modem....could be wrong
